How Private Dog Training Works
Warman Dog Training Owner, Jen, will begin with a quick intake to understand your dog and your routine. Together, we choose 2–3 behaviours to start, then she will coach you through short, upbeat practice using food, toys, and praise as rewards.
After each session will have a clear plan—how often to practice, how to handle setbacks, and what “better” looks like next week.
Between sessions, you’ll have support via email and video tips so momentum keeps building. Jen will come to your home or a location of your choice.
Private dog training is positive 1-1 training that focuses on your dog’s specific needs.
Reward-based, humane methods only, no prong, choke, or shock collars.
Supplies needed for Private Training include flat collar, six-foot leash, treat pouch, lots of high-value food rewards.
Private puppy training can begin anytime, but we find the sooner the better!

Private Dog Training Success Story
Rosco, Frankie, and Rosie came to Warman Dog Training struggling with dog-to-dog aggression in the home. Tension between them was creating stress for both the dogs and their owners. Jen went to the home to help settle the dogs.
Through implementing clear rules and boundaries, establishing consistent structure and daily routines, and teaching proactive management strategies, we were able to significantly reduce conflict and improve their overall behaviour.
A key turning point was identifying and temporarily removing the instigating dog using structured crate time, allowing everyone to reset and rebuild positive interactions.
With consistency and leadership, this once high-stress household is now calm, balanced, and much more enjoyable for both the dogs and their family.
