Real World Success Stories
The Neudorf Family & “Stitch”
Nipping, biting, and jumping on the kids made playtime stressful. I started with doorway mat training, then taught a family game called “Puppy in the Middle”—each person called Stitch, waited for the automatic sit, rewarded, and passed the turn. With calm handling and gentle collar support to prevent nips, Stitch learned that quiet sits and soft interactions earn attention, and the jumping eased as the family practiced the new routine.
Tammi & “Sasie”
Sasie barked and lunged whenever the doorbell rang. We set her up for success with high-value food and introduced doorway mat training, rehearsing the full sequence with real doorbell rings. By the end of the visit, Sasie could remain on her mat while guests entered—quieter, focused, and ready to be rewarded for staying calm.
