What is the Pre-requisite for a Dog to Attend Beginner Agility Class?

The dog must be dog friendly. It is recommended that all puppies begin in Puppy Socialization and Obedience Classes before going into dog sports. Puppy classes set the foundation of your dog’s training. Basic fundamentals, such as, down/stay, wait, playing tug, recalls and socialization skills.

Who is Your Instructor?

Jen Scheidt has over 20 years of competing in and teaching agility classes. She has competed Internationally with several dogs. Jen training methods are positive, fun, upbeat and include obedience and self-control training. Jen has personally trained, Border Collies, Jack Russels, Australian Shepherds, Chihuahuas, Doodles & Toy Poodle (to name a few).

Class Dates & Class Fee?

Class begins June 4, 2026, Thursday @ 6:30pm. Please be on time. Classes are once a week, 4 consecutive weeks, Jun 4,11, 18, 25, 2026. Payment is due with you confirmation email. After the Introduction Beginner Class? Can I continue?

YES!! Agility classes build on each other. Every dog learns at It’s own pace.

Jen is a highly skilled instruction who will work with each dog and handler at their own pace and comfort level.

All sizes and breeds are welcome. Jen facilited agility training with 100’s of dogs.

What to Bring to Agility Class?

A hungry, energetic dog, flat collar, treat pouch with soft, high-value human-grade food rewards. Cots & mats or lawn chairs are provided for self-control training. Toys are also provided. Clickers are included in the class fee.
