Why Choose the Headstart Package?

Puppy training shouldn’t have to wait until group classes begin. Headstart starts with a private in-home puppy training session, where we help you establish routines, boundaries and good habits from the beginning.

Once your puppy is ready for group classes, training continues with Puppy Obedience & Socialization Classes. This combination gives your puppy valuable experience learning both at home and around other puppies.

You’ll also receive homework and follow-up videos to help keep your puppy’s training on track between sessions.

The Complete Headstart Puppy Training Package

Package Price $250

Your Headstart Package combines private in-home puppy training with group Puppy Obedience & Socialization Classes, giving you support at home and giving your puppy valuable experience learning around other puppies.

One package gives you private help at home plus five weeks of Puppy Obedience & Socialization Classes.

Step 1: Private In-Home Puppy Training

We start soon after your puppy comes home with an approximately 1½–2 hour private in-home training session. Together, we'll establish good routines and work through common puppy challenges, including:

• Potty training

• Crate training

• Puppy nipping and biting

• Chewing and destructive behaviour

• Setting boundaries and household routines

Step 2: 5 Weeks of Puppy Obedience & Socialization Classes

Your puppy then continues training in our group classes, learning to focus and respond around other puppies and people. Classes include:

• Socialization and supervised puppy play

• Basic obedience skills

• Recall around distractions

• Loose-leash walking

• Building confidence and focus

Classes are held once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. Each class includes approximately 15 minutes of supervised puppy play followed by about 1 hour of training and instruction.
